This is cause by different version of GD library, some host do ‘JPEG Support’ and other may support ‘JPG Support’ Solution Open this file root/modules/mod_ds_bannerslider/helpers/image.class.php and go to line 221 Original if( !$gd_info[‘JPEG Support’] ) Changed to if( !$gd_info[‘JPG Support’] )
