- Fixed an Internet Explorer 8.0 issue where the loader would sometimes stuck at random spots and not show the page (file changed - custom-scripts.js).

- When the layout changes to vertical in phones and tablets, the logo is changed and the menu-wrapper is shrinked to provide more space for the content.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes wouldn't show the main menu after resizing.
