This is CSS3 animation, that you can use as Technical Problems page, 404 Page, Launch Page or any other page on your site.
It comes in 5 modern color themes, I’m sure you’ll be able to choose one for your site.
Text is fully editable, as well as background color. I would not suggest to change anything else in CSS file, unless you are very proficient with CSS animations.
When buying theme, you get a folder with 1 image named “color-themes.png” and 5 folders named 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Choose theme, that you like, in folder with the same name, you’ll find index.html, style.css and gears.png (CSS-sprite with all gears used) files. Just grad those files and add them to your site.
NOTE: all themes comes on light background.
