Nothing less than IE10 will work since there is no support for CSS3 animations.
It should be fine on any webkit based browser (android), except Safari 5+. Safari 5 is currently not supported, since it uses hardware acceleration causing crashes on Windows when dealing with animations, you can read more in here.
