HotPixels started as a need. The need to adapt to a continuously changing environment.
Looking at how the internet content has changed in the past years and mindfully listening to all the predictions (90% Of All Internet Traffic Will Be Video In The Next Three Years) we decided to create something completely unique and flexible, so with the use of HTML 5, we came out with the idea of a super-responsive, video-background Wordpress theme.
Among the complete pack of features every creative professional needs, we thought it will be great to ease the use of HTML 5 video so we created an upload & go feature, we also designed some professionally looking customizable logo styles and we used a supersized full screen portfolio. Also, to bring the whole project to a higher level of uniqueness, we integrated some of our personal visual content which reflects our manner of doing things: keeping a free spirit and being obsessed with details (all our supporting content is included in the pack).
We’ve approached this project with a lot of enthusiasm and hard work, so we hope you enjoy using HotPixels as we enjoyed designing it!
