Ammon - Template for Joomla

 

AMMON is an awesome, creative, ultra-premium template for Joomla 2.5, based on the powerfull Gantry Framework

For this template i have worked quite some time, i tried to cover most of anybody’s needs so i feel like i included many options, but in case you need something extra please leave me a feedback and your requirements and i hope i will include in a future update.

Users interested in Joomla 3.0, please read this:

This message is addresed to users who are seeking a Joomla 3.0 version. Before i start explaining, please know that Joomla 3.0 is way at it’s beginning, even Joomla recommends 2.5 version because of it’s better and much stable system. Joomla 3.0 is mostly for early adopters and developers, there are only a few extensions updated. Unfortunately i’ve tried updating this template but the support for J3.0 is at it’s beginning and i couldn’t update it for the moment, i hope soon. Keep in mind that this template HAS MOBILE VERSION. Don’t get confused by the fact that Joomla 3.0 states it’s responsive. The backend yes, it is, because there’s a new fresh template, however on the frontend, there’s only a framework called Bootstrap, which is loading it’s responsive grid, but this won’t apply to the existing template, in fact it could cause conflicts. Basically, in order for the template to be responsive it has to be completely rewritten which is not that easy. There’s absolutely no rush, in fact Joomla 2.5 is a long time stable release and will stay here for another 1,5-2 years.
